PHARMADEC LAYS THE FIRST STONE FOR A NEW PROJECT FOR INNOTHERA IN CHOUZY-SUR CISSE (LOIR-ET-CHER)

PHARMADEC, the specialist in the IDEC Group in the design and construction of turnkey projects involving buildings for those working in the life sciences and well-being sectors, has just laid the first stone for a new project for INNOTHERA. This project confirms the successful partnership between the two companies, as this work on the site at Chouzy-sur-Cisse (Loir-et-Cher) is the third time they have worked together.
8.3 million euros invested
INNOTHERA, a health firm specialising in the development, manufacture and sale of solid and liquid medicines and medical supplies is once again relying on the teams at PHARMADEC to design and build an extension to its production site in Chouzy-sur-Cisse. This project involving a complex pharmaceutical product includes the installation of 4 million euros worth of equipment and is being developed over 1600 m² to allow this key player in the pharmaceutical sector to increase its industrial capacity and in so doing create fifteen jobs.
Laying of the first stone
All of those involved at INNOTHERA, public bodies and the teams at PHARMADEC came together for the laying of the first stone for this latest operation. This official ceremony marked the start of work on this highly technical project, which will keep the site managers and engineers at PHARMADEC busy until June 2019.
Another project between INNOTHERA and PHARMADEC
The start of work on this new building marks a continuation in the trusting relationship between INNOTHERA and PHARMADEC. The two firms have been working together since 2003 on developing the site at Chouzy-sur-Cisse with the construction of a 1500 m² R&D lab, followed by the construction of a 7000 m² building dedicated to packing pharmaceutical products in 2013 and the handover of an 850 m² weighing unit last year.
